Chronic Pain Group

An 8-week psychoeducational and coping skills group for people who have chronic pain. This group is facilitated by Patricia Tsui, PhD. Dr. Tsui is a clinical psychologist part of the team at the Center for Pain Management at Stony Brook. Attendees will:

  • Learn ways to understand and more effectively manage pain, sleep, and stress.
  • Practice skills helpful in effective pain management.
  • Identify resources available to support their pain management efforts.
